shaders – Analyzing a GPU trace with PIX on Windows always yields “no such interface supported”

I want to use PIX on Windows to analyze a DirectX Raytracing application (I’m using the latest version 2108.18). I’m able to launch an application and perform a GPU capture. However, when I click on “start analysis” inside the capture, I’m always receiving the following error message:

no such interface supported

Since this message is not very expressive and I wasn’t able to find anything on the web, I’m pretty lost.

The only thing I could imagine is that this has something to do with my hardware configuration: Here is a screenshot of my capture device information:

I’ve ran into this problem with the D3D12 Raytracing Simple Lighting sample from the DirectX-Graphics-Samples, but the error is the same for every other application I’ve tested.
