savegame – including saved localLow data in exe build

I have several text files in my localLow/project folder that I need to be included in the .exe so that when the program is run on a new computer, the data populates the locallow/project folder on that pc. Currently I can create data, save it and reload it, but it does not appear on a new machine that the data is not saved/created on. I need a way to include the localLow data I have into the exe when i build it so that the new pc will install it the first time it runs. please help!
